Our 2nd Earth Day Block Party was something special 🌱
Because of this community, we gave away 30+ bikes and 60+ helmets, helped around 100 families bring home native plants for pollinators, and made sure everyone got to enjoy a good meal. Our interns led garden tours and shared their experiences, making the day even more meaningful.
Mend It Cafe was a hit, clothing got repaired, new skills were learned, and so many of you contributed fabric butterflies to Urban Shade, a community art project rooted in climate resilience 🦋
With amazing tabling partners, families connected with new resources and kids stayed busy with hands-on activities all day long. It truly felt like the perfect way to spend a Saturday together.
We are so grateful for everyone who showed up, supported, and made this day what it was. Already looking forward to next year 💛
